Shhh...  Watch the video first.

When you are watching the video, you may have the same question like me, "Why dose this woman speak so quietly". One day, I was watching my YouTube video, this ad suddenly poped up, but without the company's logo on the left bottom side. I even could not hear what she said clearly. I was thinking like, "What??? I'm gonna wait and see what she is talking about and why she speak so quietly." This magic idea makes me forget the "skip ads" button and watch the whole ads. The funny thing is the contrast between whispering at the beginning and the administrator's loud voice after that.

But! Some of people are annoyed by this ads. They think the shushing librarian thing is so 1960's - instead of a silent reading place, libraries are community resources for everyone, whether that be storytimes for kids, arts & crafts, author signings and discussions, etc. They are annoyed with advertisement company's outdated outlook.
